Billing and pricing

You can manage your payment settings in the Cloudfleet console. To access the payment settings, navigate to the payment settings page.

Billing cycle

Cloudfleet Kubernetes Engine (CFKE) plans are billed on a monthly basis. Each plan has a flat monthly base fee that includes a set number of vCPUs, plus a per-vCPU fee for usage above that allotment. The billing cycle begins on the day you start your subscription. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th of the month, your next billing cycle will start on the 15th of the following month. This ensures a consistent and predictable billing period aligned with your subscription date.

A payment method is required at signup. Every new account receives €200 in credit, valid for 30 days and applied to your entire bill.

Organization types

Every Cloudfleet organization has a type, which you choose during signup:

• Personal: for individuals. Invoices use your name.
• Business: for legal entities. Invoices use your company’s legal name, and you can add a VAT or tax ID so that taxes are handled correctly. Business organizations can also pay by SEPA Direct Debit.

The organization type determines your invoicing details and which payment methods are available. It does not restrict which platform features or cluster tiers you can use.

Payment methods

A billing address and a payment method are required to create an organization. You can add, change, or remove payment methods on the payment settings page. Cloudfleet accepts:

• Credit and debit cards: available to all organizations.
• SEPA Direct Debit: available to business organizations, for payments in euros within the SEPA area.

Promotional credits

As part of our customer support initiatives, such as the Migration Acceleration Program, we offer promotional credits to help users get started and grow on Cloudfleet.

There are currently two types of credits available: credit and discount. The credit type is a fixed dollar amount applied to each monthly invoice, while the discount type applies a percentage reduction to the invoice. Both types can span multiple months. For example, a code offering a $100 credit over 3 months will reduce the monthly invoice by $100, providing a total credit of $300.

Credits may be limited to specific products, such as the control plane, the per-vCPU fee for fleets and self-managed nodes.

Users can redeem promo codes in the Cloudfleet Console. Please note that any unused or remaining credit from a given month cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle. Stacking multiple promotional codes that include percentage discounts within a single billing discount is not supported and will be automatically rejected by the system.
